Just a normal work day at Jacco Maris.
Coffee, conversations, materials and of course the making off.
The everyday rhythm behind every piece of light.

A space begins with structure, but gains character through objects that claim their own presence.
With benben, light becomes more than illumination.
It introduces form, a sculptural gesture that holds its position within the space.
Seen from across the room, its silhouette stands clear and recognisable.
Move closer, and the repetition of elements reveals rhythm and intention.
Whether placed as a single piece or arranged into a larger composition, benben shapes the atmosphere through its sculptural identity.

For tubular, every composition begins long before the glass takes its final form.
The first step is careful preparation: measuring, aligning and setting the foundation that determines the rhythm of the entire piece. Even the smallest deviation will influence how the glass aligns and how the light will eventually move through the structure.
Glass demands patience and control. From this first moment onward, precision guides every following step.

Along a wall, light begins to shape the atmosphere.
With 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗻 𝘄𝗮𝗹𝗹, a single element creates a quiet rhythm.
Bold, yet clearly present.
Placed beside a bed, along a hallway or as part of a larger composition, the light follows the surface and adds depth to the space.
Small in scale, yet precise in presence.

Not every development begins with the search for something new. Often, it begins with refining what already exists.
tubular evolves through repetition and precision. Proportions are adjusted, materials are tested and details are reconsidered.
Small refinements can have a significant impact on balance, alignment and the behaviour of light.
Rather than pursuing novelty, the focus remains on precision and on making each version more resolved than the last.
Built to endure.
Refined over time.

A table becomes more than a place to gather when light defines the space above it.
With 𝗯𝗲𝗻𝗯𝗲𝗻, individual elements come together to form a composition that follows the rhythm of the interior.
Suspended above a dining table or kitchen island, the light settles into the space, becoming part of the atmosphere.
A composition when needed.
An elegant presence when standing alone.

As conversations unfold and plates are shared, tubular introduces a quiet composition of light above the surface, bringing rhythm without overwhelming the room.
The slender glass elements allow colour to settle gently into the space, casting a soft glow across the table while reflections shift subtly with movement below. Glass, shadow and light begin to interact with the surroundings, creating a sense of warmth that feels present without being dominant.
Over time, the composition becomes part of the atmosphere of the room, shaping how the space is experienced during shared moments.
Defined by glass.
Made to accompany the moment.

𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿.
In the tubular suspension tower (black/white) variation, slender glass elements are combined with natural acrylic stone, creating a composition that feels architectural in both rhythm and presence.
The signature ring details introduce a clear vertical cadence, recalling the stacked floors of a modern structure. The monochrome palette in black or white reinforces this sense of clarity, allowing the form and proportion to define the visual impact rather than colour.
Whether applied as a single vertical element or composed into larger arrangements, tower brings structure and balance into the space through repetition and alignment.
