The Paraaf collection was created in 1998 and can be described as smooth and graceful. The collection consists of decorative light features in the form of retro lamps that are expressed in a contemporary idiom. The models are made of stainless steel.
Each lamp is constructed in one dimension from a single strip of curved steel strip and pleated like a mediaeval collar. The tension in the material enhances the interesting appearance of the light feature.
